The City of Greenville Economic Development Department maintains lists of available properties located in the Central Business District (CBD), the West End, and our commercial corridor areas. These lists provide photos, building descriptions, lease rates and broker contacts for each site. For a copy of these listings, click here.
In addition to these property listings, City staff can provide you with demographic reports around your selected site in the Greenville city limits using radius rings and drive time analysis.
